NOAH RAYMER aka CAPTAIN FLASHLIGHT Jr., looks like your normal 12-year old kid, wearing his favorite blue hoodie and bluejeans. But when challenges arise, he suits up as the Captain, ready to SHINE! Then God’s light reveals truth–and conquers darkness.

A professional cyclist at 11 years old, is curious, confident, and full of good questions. And: she’s FAST. At everything! Including problem-solving and seeing challenges from new perspectives. “Faith and curiosity go hand in hand,” Maya says.
ELLIE BRIGHTON
Noah’s best buddy, blonde and super-smart, is partially deaf, but fluent in sign language and gifted with remarkable recall. She knows Scripture by heart and when things get tough, she fires off the RIGHT BIBLE VERSE at just the right time.
FINN O'MALLEY
Finn is a builder. A gadget-maker. A pre-teen genius at making something from nothing and doing it NOW. The brain beneath the flaming red hair is creative and positive, a thinker ready to tinker. When the team is stuck, he says, “Guys. I’ve got it!
MR. ALBERT
Mr. Albert is a proud veteran who served his country and now serves his community as the owner of Filament City’s local hardware store. Kids love stopping by to see what he’s building or what he’s helping someone else build. He’s always ready to roll up his sleeves, lend a hand, and share a little hard-earned wisdom.

Meet Noah’s family: Mom, Dad, his sister, and of course, Ollie the pug. The people who know him best, love him most, and help keep his feet on the ground.
DR. LILLY LUMENETTE
Filament City Middle School’s science teacher. She encourages curiosity, and loves experiments, showing students how faith, learning, and wonder fit together PERFECTLY.
